At around 9am, enjoy a comfortable drive around Uganda’s capital city and visit Kampala’s most iconic cultural attractions. Explore the history, architecture and culture of the Buganda Kingdom our driving tour of the kingdom’s most celebrated Attractions.

These include;

  1. Twekobe: Is the official residence of the King of Buganda, located inside the palace [Lubiri] the main official royal compound of the King of Buganda. The main entrance of Twekobe directly faces the palace’s main gate, known as Wankaaki.
  2. Bulange: Is a building in Uganda. It houses the parliament of the Kingdom of Buganda. The King and the Prime minister of Buganda Kingdom, It also maintain offices in the building. The building serves as the administrative headquarters of the Buganda Kingdom. 
  3. The Kasubi Tombs: is the site of the burial grounds for four Kings and other members of the Buganda kingdom royal family. As a result, the site remains an important spiritual and political site for the people of Buganda.
  4. Kabaka’s Lake: This is the largest man-made lake in Africa constructed in the 1880 by Kabaka Mwanga II and the 52 Clan members of Buganda. It was mainly constructed to be a connecting Channel to Lake Victoria through Munyonyo.
